Daily Meal Plan 44


Breakfast: 2 pcs of fresh fruit, 1 cup of Raisin Bran cereal, cup of Oolong Tea

Snack: 1 oz of pretzels, 1 tbs of almond butter as a dipping sauce

Lunch: 3-4 oz of salmon on whole wheat bun with lettuce and tomato, 1/2 cup of red potatoes, and Italian green beans, cup of green tea

Snack: 1 non-fat latte and biscotti

Dinner: 3-4 oz of protein of choice, baked sweet potato, and 2 cups of steamed mustard greens
