Daily Meal Plan 5

Bkfast: cup of oatmeal, 5 blueberries, 2 boiled egg whites or egg white omelet/with spinach, cup of green tea or coffee, Snack: can of tuna, pkt of spicy mustard, 4 crackers Lunch: slice lite-cheese pizza, sm salad, lemon Snack: bag of fat-free popcorn or 1 fruit and 1 tsp of PB Din: Southern Seared Fi...sh/Chicken/Tofu Salad. Sear 4oz protein and 2-3 cups of greens w/vegs. 12oz of water at each meal.
