Snack: 100 calorie bag of popcorn and low fat string cheese
Lunch: Weight Watcher Florentine Lasagna and small salad, lemon wedge as dressing
Snack: Open face tuna, turkey or chicken sandwich, with lettuce and tomato
Dinner: 2 cups of veggie and barley soup with 1 pc wheat toast, whetted with 1tsp fruit spread
