This weekend we will explore International Cusine. 'Pesan Be Pasih' is Bailian for Grilled Fish in Banana Leaf. Unless you have banana leaf hanging around we will use oiled aluminum foil. 1pd Snapper fillet, salt, old bay, springs of lemon basil, salam leaf (if you can find) divide mix into 4, place in foil, bake or grill for 15 min and wham-o you have set sail to Bali.
