Daily Meal Plan 32


Breakfast: cup of oatmeal and 2 hard boiled eggs, cup of Oolong tea
Snack: 1 green apple and 1 tbs of almond butter
Lunch: Grilled fish over Quinoa and 1 cup of broccoli, cup of green tea
Snack: Dessert Shell, cup of raspberries, tbs of fat-free whipped topping, sprig of mint
Dinner: Shrimp Primavera: cup of shrimp, cup of pasta, cup of vegetables, tbs of chopped black olives and cup of marinara sauce
