Daily Meal Plan 42


Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 cup of Total brand cereal, 1/2 cup of skim or soy milk, 1/2 cup of fresh mixed berries, 1 cup of Oolong tea

Snack: 1 pcs of whole wheat bread, 1 tbs of peanut butter, 1 tsp of fruit spread, 1 cup of green tea

Lunch: 2 cups of mixed greens, topped with 1 cup of various fresh veggies, tossed in 2 tbls of apple cider vinegar

Snack: 3 oz of red wine or grape juice and 8 olives

Dinner: 6oz of Sea Bass, 2 cups of sauteed spinach, and 1/2 cup of red potatoes
