Considering this, your heart will thank you to have a Plan of Action when the SNACK ATTACK MONSTER surfaces. Below I have listed 10 Plans of Action for you to execute when you are under ATTACK.
*Limit yourself by choosing no more than two plans of ATTACK:
1. Take A Walk, then drink 32 oz of water
2. Call a chatty friend until the ATTACK subsides
3. Turn on loud music, dance, hydrate, shower, then brush teeth
4. Grab 2 pieces of different kinds of fruit, 1oz of pretzels
5. Keep Jello with fruit in the fridge to snack on
6. Eat a bag of 94% Fat-Free popcorn and an apple jolly rancher
7. Try on an outfit you have overgrown or the one your trying to fit
8. Drink a 3oz glass of red wine and snack on 8 olives
9. Turn on Fit TV, exercise for 30 minutes and drink 32 oz of water
10. Prepare a plate of fresh veggies to nosh on while cooking a week's worth of healthy meals
