To be healthy, eat right, walk right and talk to yourself right.

Eating Right means getting enough of the right kind of nutrients into the body. Any good quality multi-vitamin will assist with a complete nutrient compound. Eating right means making healthy food choices: loads of vegetables and fruit, limited fast food, reducing sugar and salt from the diet.

Walking Right means getting quality, quantity and quintessence out of your exercise performance. You should always tuck your stomach to support your lower back and hips, your shoulders should likewise be rolled back to protect the upper back, support the cranium and neck muscles.

Talking to Yourself Right means being in touch with you. In the entire equation in order to live one must protect the common denominator. That would be "YOU".
