
Breakfast: 1/2 Grapefruit, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 2 boiled eggs (exclude egg yolks if you have high cholesterol) cup of Oolong tea
Snack: 1 slice wheat bread with 1 tbs fruit spread
Lunch: *Black Bean Salad over 1 1/2 cup lettuce greens (*Toss 1/2 can of Black Beans, 1/4 cup of corn, 1 tsp of jalapeno, 2 tbs of chopped cilantro, 1 small chopped tomato, 2 tbs of green onion, 1 tbs of chopped garlic, 1/4 cup of chopped mango, 1 tbs of olive oil, 2 tbs of lime juice), cup of green tea
Snack: 1/2 Grapefruit, cup of cottage cheese
Dinner: 2 cups of water based vegetable soup and 1 slice of wheat bread sprinkled with garlic powder
