Snack: 10 almonds, 1/4 cup of dried cranberries, 1/4 cup of raisins
Lunch: Baked Fish over couscous and 1 cup of steamed spinach
Snack: 1 oz of baked chips and banana
Dinner: 1 1/2 Vegetable stew over 1/2 cup brown rice
