Breakfast: 1 cup of Oatmeal, 2 boiled egg whites, 1 orange, cup of Oolong tea

Snack: 1 apple and 1 orange, cup of green tea

Lunch: 2 shrimp tacos from Taco Bell (Hold the Avocado Ranch Sauce) Side of pintos Fresco style

Snack: 10 almonds and 1/2 cup of dried fruit

Dinner: 8 ps of Sashimi, 2 cups of miso soup, 1/2 cup of brown rice, 1/2 cup of green tea
