
Breakfast: 3 egg white veggie omelet, 1 cup of fresh fruit, cup of Oolong tea
Snack: 2 cups of white grapes and 1 oz of white cheese
Lunch: 2 slices of Veggie Pizza on thin whole wheat crust, small salad with a lemon spritz
Snack: 3 donut holes, 16 oz of water
Dinner: Mussels Tagliatelle - 1 lbs of mussels, sauteed in cup of white wine, 1/4 cup of olive oil, 2 tomatoes, garlic shallot, sprinkled with fresh parsley over 1 cup of whole wheat tagliatelle, serve with small green salad with white anchovies and balsamic vinegar
