Daily Meal Plan 51



Morning resolve: Say this to yourself first thing every morning: “I will this day live a simple, sincere and serene life! I shall fast one 24 hour period weekly, eat only natural foods, get enough sleep at night. I will make every effort to improve myself physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually every day of my life!"

Breakfast: 1 cup of Greek Yogurt, 1 tbs of honey, 1/2 cup of oatmeal, cup of Oolong tea

Snack: small veggie salad with 2 tbs of apple cider vinegar

Lunch: Tuna Hash, 2 servings: 2 cans of tuna, can of tomatoes, sm green pepper and sm yellow onion, spice to taste over cup of Bulgar wheat

Snack: 1 oatmeal and raisin cookie with 8oz of soy or almond milk

Dinner: Remaining Tuna Hash, accompanied by small veggie salad with 2 tbs of apple cider vinegar
