Bkfast - 1.5 cups of Special K, 5 almonds, green tea. Snack - cup of water based soup/with veggies Lunch: Spinach Salad, 1/4 cup of mandrin oranges, lemon wedge sprintz and 4 oz of grilled protein or a can of tuna/chicken breast. Snack: 1/2 can of black beans with 2 tbs of salsa Din: 4 oz of fish w/1 tbs of thai chilli sauce, salad greens with water chestnuts and Thai Dressing.
*Thai Dressing: 1 tsp of peanut butter, whisk in red pepper flakes and 1 tbs of olive oil. Best choice - Sesame oil. Add tsp of water to dilute, if neccessary.
